By accessing and using Duruflow ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Duruflow is a comprehensive B2B platform that manages organizations, clients, vendors, and partners for Duru Cooperation and Duru Compliance. The Service provides tools for organization management, contact registry, user management, and business operations coordination.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any malicious code or harmful content

6. Email Communications
By creating an account and using the Service, you consent to receive transactional and operational emails from Duruflow. These emails are essential for the proper functioning of the Service and your use of it.
Types of Emails We Send
We send the following types of emails:
- Authentication Emails: Password reset requests, email verification, two-factor authentication codes, and login security alerts
- Task Notifications: Task assignments, status updates, deadline reminders, and project collaboration updates
- Service Updates: Service request status changes, compliance deadline alerts, and document submission confirmations
- Employee Communications: Monthly payslip delivery (for internal employees only)
- System Alerts: Account security notifications, system maintenance announcements, and critical service updates
Email Consent and Preferences
- Employees: Consent is obtained during employee onboarding and account activation
- Partners/Clients: Consent is obtained when signing service agreements and activating portal access
- Notification Preferences: You can manage your email notification preferences in your account settings
- Essential Emails: Some emails (authentication, security alerts) cannot be disabled as they are essential for account security
No Marketing Emails
We do NOT send marketing, promotional, or advertising emails. All emails from Duruflow are strictly transactional and operationally necessary for the services we provide. We never use purchased or third-party email lists.
Email Address Protection
Your email address is protected and will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use industry-standard email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to protect against spoofing and phishing.
7. Data and Privacy
